Hi-Tech Hospital, Raurkela was established as the 1st private hospital of Eastern Odisha, founded through the pioneering efforts of doctors of national repute. Today, it is a multidisciplinary health centre offering a full range of diagnostic & clinical services across cardiology, orthopaedics, oncology, neurosciences, nephrology, and 10+ other specialties.
Our 535+ bed campus includes 100 ICU beds across ten specialized units: Medical, Surgical, Cardiac, Paediatric, Neonatal, Neuro, Trauma, Burns, and Respiratory ICUs, plus High Dependency Units; supported by modern operation theatres, diagnostic laboratories, and a well-stocked blood bank.

I am sharing this review after experiencing truly exceptional healthcare services at Hitech Medical College and Hospital, Rourkela. This hospital offers some of the best facilities at a very affordable cost, right in our neighborhood. During a recent medical emergency, I rushed a patient to the emergency department and was deeply impressed by the coordinated efforts of everyone — from the security staff and reception team to the nurses and doctors.The patient was admitted to the general paediatric ward, and our 48-hour stay there was remarkable. The doctors and nurses displayed compassion, dedication, and genuine care despite their busy schedules. The nursing staff went above and beyond to comfort the baby while ensuring proper treatment. I would also like to appreciate the pharmacy and billing departments for making the entire process simple and smooth. I am truly grateful to Hitech Medical College and Hospital and proud that Rourkela has access to such outstanding healthcare facilities.
Amazing and calm environment of hospital. Doctors are so personal with their profession and so skillful with rock steering hands. Every staff nurses, helpdesk, support staff and cleaning staff are so caring. Amazing experience during my surgery. Felt like in home by the hospitality. I specially thanks to senior doctor Sri PC Mahapatra Sir, Dr Apurva sir, Intern Dr Sonali Maam(so skilled and generous) and management staff divya maam. They all are so caring, honest and kind that I felt like family every moment in hospital during my surgery.
