This hospital offers some of the best facilities at a very affordable cost, right in our neighborhood. During a recent medical emergency, I rushed a patient to the emergency department and was deeply impressed by the coordinated efforts of everyone — from the security staff and reception team to the nurses and doctors.The patient was admitted to the general paediatric ward, and our 48-hour stay there was remarkable. The doctors and nurses displayed compassion, dedication, and genuine care despite their busy schedules. The nursing staff went above and beyond to comfort the baby while ensuring proper treatment. I would also like to appreciate the pharmacy and billing departments for making the entire process simple and smooth. I am truly grateful to Hitech Medical College and Hospital and proud that Rourkela has access to such outstanding healthcare facilities.
